Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Coordinate the import and export of goods for inside and outside Malaysia
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations and etc.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation of goods.
  • Liaise with agents to facilitate smooth clearance of shipments.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, clients, and logistics providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales, production, quality and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of goods for shipment.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc task as and when required by HOD

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
