Full Time Performance Tester Jobs, in Capgemini Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive performance testing strategies. Responsible to handle the end to end performance testing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams/Stakeholders to identify and resolve performance issues.

• Should have experience to develop scripts and execute performance tests using industry-leading tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter on common protocols such as Web, Web Services, Ajax TruClient, RTE and Winsock.
• Should have exposure to various types of performance tests including load, stress, endurance, etc
• Should have the ability to use monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk, BMC trusight, Dynatrace for performance analysis of applications/infrastructure and thereby identify bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations
• Should have the capability to make decisions on performance test defect triage meetings
• Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to do root cause analysis of performance problems and providing recommendations to fix the same will be added advantage
• Develop and manage performance testing budgets and resources

Job Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in performance testing
• Advanced understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner.
• Excel communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
