Job Scope

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities.
• Engage with customers through online and offline channels to build strong relationships.
• Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports for management review.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create marketing materials and campaigns.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in sales, marketing, or the textile/fabric industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
