Responsibilities

Position : Contract Enablement Analyst

Industry : Oil & Gas (Shared Service)

Location: The Horizon, 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours : UK Shift (3 P.M. - 12 A.M. or 1 P.M. -10 P.M. , if go to office)

Employment Type: 12 months contract with PERSOL

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (60/40)

Salary range : RM9,000 - RM12,700 (based on experience & qualification)

About the Role

As a Contract Enablement Analyst, you will support and operationalize contracts throughout the contract lifecycle management process. This role involves contract validation, compliance review, stakeholder engagement, supplier onboarding, and contract administration using procurement systems such as ARIBA.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with procurement, supply chain, or contract management experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support contract lifecycle management and contract enablement activities
  • Review, validate, and operationalize contracts in accordance with procurement policies and compliance requirements
  • Create and manage contract workspace, headers, and compliance details in ARIBA
  • Facilitate contract approvals, signatures, amendments, variations, and renewals
  • Ensure all contract documentation is properly stored and maintained within systems
  • Support contract close-out, termination, and archival processes
  • Interpret contract terms and identify contractual risks or ambiguities
  • Ensure procurement and compliance standards are met before operationalizing contracts
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across global teams
  • Support procurement and supply chain operations within Source-to-Pay processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, contract management, or sourcing operations
  • Experience with Source-to-Pay processes and e-procurement systems
  • Hands-on experience with ARIBA or similar procurement platforms is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of contracts, terms & conditions, and contract operationalization
  • Ability to review and interpret contracts independently
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with global and virtual teams
  • Able to work UK/US shift and support global business operations when needed
