Job Description
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, negotiation and procure materials for projects requirements
- Reviewing/studying materials spec compliance to meet project requirement
- Prepare Purchase Order
- Supervising Purchasing Assistant
- Support and coordinate with Site Purchasing
- Updating and maintaining Suppliers / Subcontractor Fact Sheet
- Assessment and Evaluation of Suppliers / Subcontractors
- Updating and maintaining List of approved Suppliers / subcontractors
- Monitoring materials delivery schedule
- Coordinate with Project Site for materials requirement
- Updates PO Transaction, generating Purchasing report
- Any task assigned / delegated by Department Head
- Maintaining and Updating IMS documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
