Project Coordinator
As a project manager, you will manage all activities at the project site. Your great work will add value to the experience for everyone associated with the makeover project!
What you need to do in Cuura:
- Manage and oversee all activities at the project site
- Collaborate and work closely with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects
- Strategize the arrangements of contractors and suppliers and coordinate their work schedules effectively.
- Supervise suppliers’ work to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance to project requirements and design plans
- Oversee and monitor the project timeline, budget and provide weekly project status updates to clients and management
- Communicate, plan, and arrange with customers to obtain necessary items before the commencement of the project (access cards, keys, permits etc.)
- Occasionally checks in to the projects to monitor work progress.
- Ensuring all furnishing, fittings, and arrangement work is completed in a satisfactory manner, and the property is clean and ready to handover
- Ensuring all information is well documented in the handover form.
Individuals who do well in this role usually possess these skills:
- At least 2 years related experience with property management, project manager, construction, interior design, or architecture industry
- Dedicated, committed, and have a great passion for interior design and home decor.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Great attitude, a team player who is able to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Great project management and problem-solving skills, and able to multitask

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
