We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales for our electric motorcycle products across multiple channels, including e-commerce, social media, and project-based sales. This role involves both technical understanding and strong sales execution, covering B2B, B2G, University and nationwide project opportunities.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and willing to travel nationwide to build client relationships and secure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales across E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, website, etc.)
- Develop and execute sales strategies via TikTok and Facebook, including live selling and content collaboration
- Handle B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2G (Business-to-Government) sales opportunities
- Identify and pursue project-based sales, including tenders and bulk orders
- Travel nationwide to meet clients, attend site visits, and support project execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in e-commerce or digital sales is an advantage)
- Familiar with platforms like TikTok Shop, Facebook Ads, Shopee, or Lazada
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic technical knowledge of electric motors or industrial equipment is preferred
- Willing and able to travel nationwide when required
- Able to handle both online and offline sales channels
- Experience in handling government tenders or corporate clients is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
