The Kasturi is a five-star low-density luxury resort in Cherating, Pahang. Situated on the northern tip of Chendor Beach with 800 metres of seafront, the 15-acre coastal forest site is designed to attract guests seeking a premium hospitality experience that connects to nature and environment.
Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities from corporate, government, leisure, and group segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct sales calls, conference calls, and client meetings to present The Kasturi’s products and services.
- Respond promptly (within 48 hours) to all inquiries, proposals, and requests.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and follow-ups to close sales.
- Manage The Kasturi’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to promote villas, F&B, packages, and events.
- Monitor online engagement, respond to inquiries, and analyse performance reports (Google Analytics, Rate view, OTA dashboards).
- Maintain and update the client database and sales activity records.
- Prepare monthly sales & marketing reports, including performance analysis and market trends.
- Track business sources, monitor competitors’ activities, and provide recommendations to improve revenue
- Meet and greet VIP guests or potential clients during site visits, check-ins, or events.
- Conduct hotel inspections and FAM tours for potential event or group organizers.
- Promote all products and services of The Kasturi, including villas, F&B, spa, and recreational activities.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Resort & Marketing Manager

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
