Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Driver, Personal Driver, or similar role.
  • Possess a valid and clean Malaysian driving license (Class D).
  • Excellent knowledge of roads and traffic patterns within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
  • Helpful, proactive, and willing to assist with manual office work when needed.
  • Strong team-player attitude with good communication skills.
  • High level of punctuality, reliability, honesty, and discretion.
  • Physically fit to handle light lifting and packing tasks.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and flexible Executive Driver & Operations Assistant. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring our CEO gets to meetings, events, and various venues safely and on time.

When the CEO is in the office or has no scheduled meetings, you will join our dynamic back-office team to assist with light administrative and operational tasks. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety and likes being part of a team rather than sitting in a car all day.

1. Driving & Chauffeur Duties (Primary)

  • Provide safe, smooth, and punctual transportation for the CEO to meetings, events, and other specified venues.
  • Plan efficient travel routes using GPS applications (Waze / Google Maps) to avoid traffic congestion and ensure timely arrivals.
  • Maintain the cleanliness (interior and exterior) and regular servicing/maintenance of the company vehicle.
  • Ensure the vehicle always has sufficient fuel and valid documentation (road tax, insurance, etc.).
  • Start daily duties from the CEO’s residence and remain available based on the CEO’s work schedule and appointments.

2. Office & Operational Support (When Not Driving)

  • Creator Logistics: Assist with packaging items to be sent out to our network of digital creators.
  • Inventory & Stocking: Help the back-office team stock up and organize pantry and office supplies.
  • Light Physical Labour: Handle minor physical tasks around the office (e.g., carrying boxes, organizing storage rooms) when required.
