SECURITY SUPERVISOR RECRUITMENT

NIPPON EXPRESS (DAYSHIFT)

Work Location: 5C Toh Guan Road East, Singapore 608828
Start Date: Immediate
Position: Security Supervisor (SS)
Working Hours: 08:00AM – 08:00PM (Day Shift)
Off Days: 6 days per month
Salary Package: DM for details

Key Responsibilities (SOPs)

1. Site Supervision & Leadership

• Oversee and manage daily security operations on-site
• Supervise security officers and ensure proper deployment
• Conduct daily briefings and handover/takeover checks

2. Access Control Management

• Monitor all entry/exit points (vehicles, staff, visitors)
• Ensure proper screening, pass issuance, and records maintained
• Enforce site security policies strictly

3. Incident Handling & Reporting

• Respond promptly to incidents (trespass, theft, safety issues)
• Conduct preliminary investigations and escalate when required
• Prepare accurate incident reports and submit timely

4. Patrol & Surveillance

• Conduct regular patrols to ensure site safety and security
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to suspicious activities
• Ensure all security systems are functioning properly

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain daily occurrence books (DOB), visitor logs, and reports
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and client requirements
• Assist in audits and inspections when required

6. Emergency Response

• Handle fire alarms, evacuation procedures, and emergencies
• Coordinate with authorities (Police, SCDF) when necessary
• Lead emergency drills and readiness checks

Requirements

• Valid Security Supervisor Licence (PLRD)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to handle incidents independently
• Experience in logistics/warehouse environment preferred
