Job Description

Responsibilities

SCOPE OF ROLE:

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by ensuring that coordination, administration, communication functions and duties of the department are carried out in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner. Support kitchen team in the day-to-day operation by performing administrational tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inform the kitchen Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters.
  • Maintain and coordinate management calendars for Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and manage calendars for kitchen team.
  • Correspond with Outlet PICs and HR/Payroll to ensure proper tracking of staff overtime, leaves of absence, and attendance discrepancies which include the relevant disciplinary documents.
  • Compile training plans and that includes on the job training sessions for kitchen Department team.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly kitchen departmental meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
  • Request office supplies from Purchasing and monitor inventory for replenishment.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen Administration office.
  • Support the smooth running of the Food & Beverage departments on a day to day basis and support effective communication within and between departments.
  • Identify, rectify or report kitchen equipment malfunctions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 2 years (Required)
