Production Support Analyst (Japanese Speaking)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Duration: 6 months (extendable and renewable)

Rate: Up to 18,000 MYR/month

Minimum Req-

• 5+ years' experience in software engineering or L2/L3 production/application support
• Strong Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) – mandatory
• Hands-on with Core Java and basic frameworks
• Good knowledge of MySQL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience with Splunk or similar monitoring/observability tools
• Familiar with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
• Ready for on-call support and weekend coverage
