JOB VACANCY

Position: Coordinator for Engineering Department

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator for Engineering Department. This role is responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating departmental activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the department

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, and documentation

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and departmental schedules

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries professionally

  • Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required

  • Support interdepartmental communication and coordination

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or equivalent is an advantage

  • Previous administrative or coordination experience is preferred but not mandatory

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Responsible, reliable, and service-minded
