Full Time Paralegal Jobs, Salary up to SGD 15,000 in MISHCON DE REYA LLP (Singapore Branch) - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support to lawyers across a range of practice areas.

• Assist lawyers with preparing legal documentation (e.g., closing documents, officer's certificates etc.)

• Assist lawyers and the administrative team with administrative tasks, including filing, billing, AML checks and business development activities.

• Liaise directly with clients where necessary on AML documents, billing, meetings and matter-specific affairs.
  

Skills/Experience

• Degree in Legal Studies

• Strong academic record.

• Legal work experience preferable e.g. previous experience as a paralegal.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.

• Excellent writing and drafting skills.

• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, listening skills and organisational skills.

• Ability to effectively manage own workload.

• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and develop strong relationships both with clients and colleagues across the firm.

• Flexibility and ability to adapt in order to assist across a range of practice areas

• Personable and confident, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Resilient and calm under pressure.
