Job Title: Engineering Technician
Job Description
Support the assembly of electromechanical assemblies;
Support the assembly of wire harness;
Provide on-site customer support (bases on customer’s request);
Wire routing on box or machine level
On site rework service
Review and study product specifications and technical drawings;
Developing, building, or testing prototypes, new products, processes, or procedures;
Assisting in new product development and define production process flow;
Set up and operate production machines, equipment, instrument in accordance with good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures;
Monitor, calibrate and adjust production processes or machines, equipment, instrument for quality and productivity;
Troubleshoot problems with machines, equipment, instrument or products;
Keep proper records, maintain and ensure serviceability of machines, equipment, instrument and tools;
Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification Level: Diploma, Nitec, Certificate in Office Skills, NTC Grade 2 or equivalent.
Working experience in manufacturing of electromechanical assemblies is advantageous.
Able to interpret mechanical drawing and electrical schematic.
Able to carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs.
Positive and willing to learn attitude, possess high level of initiative.
Able to read and communicate in English.
