Job Description & Requirements

• Review and coordinate structural drawings, shop drawings, and calculations
• Identify design clashes or constructability issues and liaise with consultants and contractors for resolution
• Ensure structural works comply with design intent, codes, and project specifications
• Track progress of structural works on-site and report deviations or risks
• Assist in preparing method statements, technical reports, and schedules
• Support inspections, quality control, and site audits
• Maintain records of structural drawings, revisions, approvals, and as-built documentation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines for seamless integration of structural works
• Mentor junior structural coordinators and support task allocation
• Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical input

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in structural coordination within construction projects
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures
• Experience in reviewing structural drawings and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
