• Assist in implementing and maintaining Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) programs in compliance with company requirements and legal regulations. • Conduct workplace and machinery safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure a safe working environment. • Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including audits, documentation, and continuous improvement activities. • Assist in conducting HIRARC, incident investigations, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. • Coordinate ERT activities, fire safety programs, emergency response drills, and fire drills. • Conduct ESH induction training, toolbox meetings, and safety awareness programs for employees and contractors. • Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with company safety requirements and permit-to-work procedures. • Assist in organizing ESH Committee meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining ESH records and documentation. • Support environmental compliance activities, including waste management, chemical management, and regulatory requirements. • Liaise with government authorities, auditors, contractors, and external parties on ESH-related matters when required. • Perform other ESH-related duties assigned by management to support a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. • Conduct routine factory inspections and support emergency response activities. Job Requirements • Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Management, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or related field. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Candidates with experience in manufacturing environments will have an added advantage. • Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems. • Basic understanding of Malaysian ESH regulations (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA requirements) is an advantage. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
