Full Time Assistant Engineer - Technician Jobs, Salary up to SGD 90,000 in Asia Advance Human Resource - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Collection and consolidation of production data.
• Prepare Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Production Report.
• Provide engineering support to ensure smooth mass production flow.
• Perform failure and root cause analysis and provide corrective and preventive actions to resolve product related problems.
• Analysis of production data for productivity improvement.
• Conduct continuous product and process quality improvement projects to achieve higher production yield.
• Analyse production defects and prepares 8-D report.
• Assist the Manager to make process improvement to achieve higher production yield.
• Assist the Manager to achieve Zero Defect.

Requirements:

• Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical ), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) with at least 2 years of engineering support exposure in a manufacturing environment.
• Required skill(s): SPC, FMEA, and Process Improvement.
