 What We Are Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, System Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of PC hardware components, software installation, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language to assist with automation tasks.
• A proactive problem-solver who is eager to learn, highly organized, and possesses great communication skills.

 What You Will Do:

• Technical Operations: Assist in handling day-to-day IT operational tasks to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.
• Troubleshoot & Support: Assist in diagnosing and resolve PC hardware, software, and operating system issues for internal teams.
• Network Maintenance: Assist in monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting basic internal networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP configurations).
• Scripting & Programming: Write, tweak, or maintain basic scripts and small programs (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate repetitive IT tasks.
• Document & Learn: Maintain clear IT documentation, manage support tickets, and learn hands-on infrastructure management from experienced tech leads.
