Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Qualification & Validation
Plan, execute, and monitor product qualification tests in accordance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards.
Set up and operate test equipment, measurement tools, and fixtures for qualification trials.
Verify dimensional, functional, and performance characteristics against specifications.
2. Trial Management
Support production trials and process validation runs.
Monitor trial progress, collect process/product data, and identify deviations or defects.
Work with engineering and production to resolve issues identified during trials.
Ensure trial samples are properly identified, stored, and traceable.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare detailed qualification and trial reports, including test results, data analysis, and observations.
Maintain accurate records for compliance, traceability, and audit readiness.
Support creation or revision of quality-related documentation, including inspection plans, checklists, and SOPs.
4. Continuous Improvement
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities related to trial failures.
Recommend process or inspection improvements based on trial results.
