Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Support procurement, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Liaise with authorities for approvals and compliance requirements.
• Identify and report project risks or issues and propose solutions.
• Attend site visits, meetings, and progress discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of working experience
• Technical Knowledge: Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
