Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTIONS: -
1. Conduct theoretical and practicing training for B2 (Avionics) modules in accordance with the approved syllabus and regulatory requirements.
2. Deliver lessons on aircraft electrical, electronic, and avionics systems, ensuring clear understanding among students.
3. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and instructional aids to support effective teaching and learning.
4. Develop and administer practical evaluations.
5. Ensure all training activities comply with applicable aviation authority (CAAM) requirements.
6. Participate in external and internal audits, inspections and accreditation processes.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in avionics technology, systems, and regulatory changes.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives in training delivery and curriculum development.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
1. Possess a valid CAAM Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License applicable to Category B2 (Avionics) / aeronautical/ electrical/mechanical engineering degree recognized by local education authorities.
2. 5 years of relevant Aircraft Maintenance experience. The experience shall be the representative of the subject to be thought and gained.
3. Strong technical knowledge of aircraft electrical, electronic and, and avionics systems and willing to continuously learn and stay updated with industry developments.
4. Prior teaching or instructional.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).
6. Computer literate (Microsoft Office and training-related systems).
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
