Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry functions by keying-in data following the system format and ensure accuracy of information by comparing data entered with source documents.
  • Prepare documentation & shipping label such as delivery order.
  • File and maintain records and document according to the filing system used.
  • Perform other general clerical support tasks such as photocopying, answering telephone calls.
  • Order Processing – New stocks, Repeat Order & Fair.
  • Check the stocks balance (New Stocks) before movement to the Bin.
  • Ensure all the order can be pick in the Bin location.
  • Check the picked stocks from the scanning report.
  • Filling – Picking list and all the order relevant document by monthly basis.
  • Conduct random check if found out the picking list cannot fulfill the order.
  • Observe and comply with all regulations and directions made by the Company and use best ability and endeavor to protect the reputation and interest of the Company.
  • Other tasks and duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
