Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for several detail-oriented and organized Service Support Executive for various positions in our organization.
The role is required to ensures smooth day-to-day operations by handling customer request and queries, administrative tasks, coordinating service requests, and supporting both customers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and computer skill. Also candidate should be good in administrative skills, be proficient and be able to manage office tasks efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Communicate for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional support via chat, call or/and email.
· Communicate with clients, vendors / partners, and internal teams regarding any enquiries and support requirements.
· Update all activities in the computer system / portal
· Assist with data entry, filing, and office coordination tasks.
· Maintain and update documentation and administrative records.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
· Support general administrative duties, such as scheduling, correspondence and document management.
Requirements:
· Strong proficiency in Web Browser and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English for liaising with customers and internal teams.
· Prior experience in office administration is a plus.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
