Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Administration, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems, document management systems, or project management tools is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, data center, M&E, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of project lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of ISO documentation standards.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project reporting and financial tracking.
