Internship - IT Support Jobs, Salary up to MYR 500 in Examedia Solutions Pahang - Maukerja

Assist in monitoring, installing, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, support system availability and security, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate with vendors and IT teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Description:

• Assist to manage and monitor all installed systems, storage, and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, antivirus software, and system management tools.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems, storage, and other infrastructure availability
• Monitor system and storage for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with relevant parties to resolve the issue
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Requirements:

• This vacancy is open to Malaysian ONLY
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Sijil/ Advanced Diploma in IT/Networking/Information System Engineering or equivalent
• Allowance Provided
• Stays in Bentong, Pahang
• Durations 6 months / Based on University Requirement

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month
