Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Engineering & Maintenance team as Junior Technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in hotel and building maintenance operations. Training and guidance will be provided to support career development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance works according to established schedules.
• Respond to maintenance requests and rectify defects promptly.
• Assist in monitoring the condition of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and organized.
• Comply with all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support senior technicians and engineers in daily operational tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Engineering Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Vocational qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates from GIATMARA, Vocational Colleges, Polytechnic, Community Colleges, and Technical Institutes are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair works.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
