Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Prepare and review all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and export licenses.2. Ensure that all documents are accurate and complete.3. Coordinate with internal teams, shipping agents, haulier etc to ensure timely delivery of goods.4. Communicate with customers and external parties to gather necessary information and resolve any issues or discrepancies.5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all applicable export regulations and compliance requirements.6. Work with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.7. Monitor and track shipments to ensure that all necessary documents are in place and that shipments are progressing as planned.8. Maintain accurate records and files of all export documentation and related correspondence.9. Ensure all shipping instructions and required permits are obtained prior to shipment.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per hour
