• Communicate with customers via email or phone
• Ensure import manifest information is correctly input into WMS
• Ensure export load plan is in proper order and perform correct stock connecting to export container
• Ensure customers special instructions are carried out before unstuffing or stuffing
• Check and send tally sheet after container is being unstuffed or stuffed
• Inform and follow up with customers on cargo dispute / damages or cargo not stuffed
• Resolve customer's request on cargo dispute / damages and attend to surveys
• Provide report to customers on outstanding cargo
• Dangerous cargo application

Requirements

• A dynamic team player with good communication and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced work setting
• Minimum Nitec, pass English.
• Relevant experience with import and export documentation or cargo planning is advantageous.
