POSITION - ADMIN EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - BAYU TINGGI, KLANG

Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks efficiently. Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, letters, and official documents, Maintain proper filing and documentation records (physical & digital). Coordinate with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and government authorities. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and staff coordination. Support HR and operational administrative matters when required. Update and maintain company databases, CRM systems, and records.Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-up matters professionally, Ensure compliance with company SOP and administrative procedures. Prepare weekly/monthly administrative reports for management review. Support management in ad-hoc assignments and operational tasks. Email resume to *************
