Role Description This is a full-time Solution Consultant / Solution Architect role based in Damansara with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home days. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business and technical requirements, then designing cloud-based and SaaS solutions that align with those needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery workshops, mapping requirements to Microsoft, Zendesk, Oracle NetSuite, HubSpot, and related solutions, and creating solution architectures, proposals, and implementation plans. The Solution Consultant / Solution Architect will prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role also includes collaborating with sales, project, and support teams, documenting solution designs, supporting implementation handover, and staying current with vendor certifications and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Solution Consulting
• Engage with customers to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into practical and scalable technical solutions.
• Present technical concepts and solution recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support presales activities including demos, solution proposals, and effort estimations.
Solution Development & Integration
• Customize and enhance platform capabilities using JavaScript or web-based applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between platforms and third-party systems.
• Work with APIs, workflows, and automation frameworks to improve business processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solution enhancements and project implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across cloud and SaaS platforms.
Technology & Innovation
• Develop strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Zendesk, HubSpot, and ERP ecosystems.
• Ensure solutions align with scalability, security, and governance best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI trends, and automation capabilities.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation across customer environments.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience as a Solution Developer, Technical Consultant, or Solution Consultant.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Zendesk, HubSpot, and ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent solutions.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, or equivalent programming languages.
• Experience building or customizing web applications and workflows.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, or Agile delivery methodologies is an added advantage.
