Full Time Senior Software Engineer (Web) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 7,500 in Rapsys Technologies - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to improve development efficiency and system reliability through best practices and technical solutions.
• Assess existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and implement engineering practices such as CI/CD and SRE using core engineering platforms.
• Define transition roadmaps for adopting new tools, processes, and architectures.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support POCs and early implementations to ensure successful production rollouts.
• Collaborate with peers to share knowledge, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering as an individual contributor.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale solutions in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in highly secure or air-gapped environments (e.g., banking or government systems) is a plus.

Pay: Up to $7,500.00 per month
