Job Description

• Manage the daily operations of the learning centre to ensure a safe, organized, and effective learning environment.
• Deliver an excellent experience for students, parents, and visitors by providing timely support, guidance, and communication.
• Coordinate class schedules, enrolments, attendance, and programme activities to ensure smooth execution of all learning sessions.
• Monitor service quality, student progress, and operational performance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support community engagement, programme promotion, and marketing initiatives to increase awareness and participation in the centre's programmes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Customer Service, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with children, parents, and visitors.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Basic administrative and reporting skills.
• Able to work on weekends
• Experience in education, customer service, or operations is an advantage.
