HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR
Location: Ubi
Salary: $3,200 - $4,000 (Based on Experience)
Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8 Days
Job Description:
We are a healthy lunch box subscription and food delivery service company seeking an experienced Local Human Resources Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR operations and employee administration

• Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related MOM procedures

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower regulations

• Organize and maintain HR records, reports, and documentation

• Coordinate staff training and development programs

• Conduct interviews and assist in recruitment activities

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and work pass procedures

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and employee management

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
