Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Documentation: Prepare quotations, sales orders, tax invoices, and delivery orders.
Registration & Compliance: Handle PUSPAKOM inspections, JPJ requirements, insurance cover notes, and MYSIKAP processing.
Logistics & Delivery: Coordinate with bodybuilders, transport teams, and internal stock controllers to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Finance Coordination: Verify payments, monitor bank approvals, track progress billings, and assist the accounts team with reporting.
Customer Relations: Field client inquiries, maintain customer databases, and provide order status updates.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
