What you'll do:

• Design, develop, implement, test and support custom banking solutions with enhanced features, new functionalities and seamless back-end integration.
• Work closely with customers to define technical specifications that align with their business needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review code to ensure high quality, maintainability, and compliance with established standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Set up and manage infrastructure and system software for development and testing environments.

What is needed from you:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development, ideally within the financial sector.
• Experience with Java frameworks, design patterns, and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Experience with Java MVC frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Good communication skills with ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
