This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based in Kota Kinabalu. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day human resources operations, oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, and actively engage in employee relations. Responsibilities will include handling recruitment, training, compliance, performance management, and supporting organizational goals through effective human capital management.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and practices
• Skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) processes and best practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
