Full Time Oracle Database Administrator Jobs, in DataTech Integrator - Maukerja

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and deliver / implement data solutions to include: architecture design, prototyping of concepts to proof of concept, development of standards, design and development of test plans, code and module design, development and testing, data solution debugging, design and implementation of a solution that follows efficient design techniques and development that meets and exceeds the intent of the design of the data solution.
• Effectively manage day-to-day tasks / activities on Oracle databases with RAC & Data Guard architecture in coordination with a team of developers/clients to effectively meet the deliverables and schedule of a data solution component within a larger application project.
• Give support to various business and technology teams as necessary during design, development and delivery to ensure solid, scalable, robust solutions.
• Periodically perform database healthcheck & optimization when necessary
• Support and maintain data and database systems to meet business delivery specifications and needs.
• Occasionally deliver presentations about database solutions & all the features involved

Requirements :

• Possess skills in Oracle RAC. Data Guard, Backup & Recovery, and SQL optimization
• Willing to invest time & lots of effort to become Subject Matter Expert & achieve excellence in Oracle & PostgreSQL
• Having experience in MS SQL Server is preferred
• Open minded & Willing to work hard in a startup culture environment
• Have passion in database technology & motivated in growing career in data engineering
• Independent

Technical skills :

1. Been working as DBA for Oracle at least 8 years (mandatory) with overall experience in IT sector for 12 years

2. Have at least 5 years experience in managing Oracle RAC & Data Guard, backup & recovery, troubleshooting & performance optimization

3. Have enough knowledge to do troubleshooting on Linux based OS

4. Have very good understanding of concept of the internal workings of database engine
