We are seeking a talented and motivated Web & E-Commerce Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing company websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital systems to support business growth and enhance user experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Maintenance

• Develop, maintain, and enhance company websites, landing pages, and web applications.
• Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.

E-Commerce Platform Management

• Support and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product pages, online stores, and sales systems.
• Manage integrations with payment gateways, CRM systems, inventory management tools, and third-party applications.
• Ensure smooth operation of online purchasing and customer engagement processes.

UI/UX & Performance Optimization

• Improve website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Optimize website loading speed, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement engaging digital experiences.

SEO & Digital Optimization

• Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
• Monitor website performance and recommend technical improvements.
• Support digital marketing campaigns through landing page creation and optimization.

Technical Support & System Administration

• Perform routine website updates, backups, and security maintenance.
• Monitor website health and resolve technical issues proactively.
• Assist with digital automation and process improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with management, marketing, operations, and external vendors on digital projects.
• Participate in project planning, implementation, and performance reviews.
• Maintain proper documentation of website developments and system updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, web hosting environments, and website security practices.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
