Full Time Application Engineer - Semiconductor Jobs, in Adecco Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• To perform Final Integration works
• To perform system debugging and testing for the machines
• To perform hardware and wiring installation for the machines
• Assemble machine modules into a complete machine
• Install hardware, wiring, sensors, motors, controllers, etc.
• Installed Products Related Part (PR)/Tool & ATO into System
• Carrying out machine demos and application sample built
• Power up the machine & test every function
• Travel to customer sites & install and commission the machine
• Perform final acceptance testing
• Diagnose machine problems & solve technical issues
• Visit customer sites if necessary and recommend solutions & troubleshoot remotely via phone or online
• Improve testing methods and apply improvement opportunities
• To liaison with oversea teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic Degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor molding equipment and application requirements
• Proficient in system and toolset concepts and layout designs
• Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings
• Competence in reading detailed drawings and parts lists
