We are looking for an OPS & CR Full-Stack Developer with experience in React and Java to support and enhance business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, production support, troubleshooting, and working within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and Java.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication.
• Support and maintain business-critical applications, ensuring stability and performance.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Deliver bug fixes, enhancements, and production deployments.
• Monitor application health and participate in maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Developers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and reducing technical debt.
• Maintain technical documentation and support architectural decisions under senior guidance.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in full-stack development and application support.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• React
• Java
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data
• Experience supporting:
• Microservices and enterprise applications
• REST APIs
• SQL database troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with:
• Kafka / AWS MSK
• AWS SQS
• DynamoDB
• ElastiCache
• AWS SDK
• Proficiency with:
• Git, GitLab
• Docker
• Maven
• SonarQube
• CI/CD pipelines
• JUnit, Mockito, Spring Boot Test
