Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in Java application development, Microservices architecture, and Cloud Native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable enterprise applications while contributing to architecture decisions, cloud adoption initiatives, and continuous delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Framework.
• Build and implement RESTful APIs and Web Services for scalable system integrations.
• Design and develop Microservices-based applications and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate and support new business requirements and technology initiatives.
• Implement and support CI/CD deployment pipelines for application delivery.
• Build and deploy Cloud Native applications leveraging modern cloud technologies.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and system scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and best practice initiatives.
• Ensure application reliability, maintainability, and security standards are met.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Memory Management, and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot.
• Strong experience developing Web Services and RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD deployment pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
• Experience building Cloud Native applications.
• Working knowledge of AliCloud (Alibaba Cloud) services and platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies and cloud-native design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Exposure to performance tuning and application monitoring tools.
