What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and maintaining the company's servers, networks, and other IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Implementing and administering software, hardware, and network configurations to meet the organisation's needs
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing timely support to users
• Performing regular backups, data management, and security measures to protect the company's data and systems
• Collaborating with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and project implementations
• Documenting processes and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base
• Providing training and guidance to end-users on the proper use of IT systems

Pay: RM2,550.00 - RM3,550.00 per month
