Responsibilities
Neu Media Technology (NMT) is a business IT consultancy and ERP solutions provider specializing in ERP systems, workflow automation, system integration, AI-enabled solutions, and digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Support ERP solution design and implementation (Odoo ERP)
Assist with business analysis and requirements gathering
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and test cases
Perform system testing, QA, and UAT support
Coordinate with overseas technical teams and developers
Support project management activities and task tracking
Assist with scripting, automation, API integrations, and prototypes
Conduct R&D on AI, automation, ERP, and emerging technologies
Requirements
Diploma/Degree or currently studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Information Systems, Business Analytics, AI, or related fields
Strong communication and documentation skills
Interest in ERP systems, business processes, automation, and AI
Basic knowledge of programming (Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script) is an advantage
Odoo ERP knowledge is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn and work in a hybrid technical-business role
