Full Time PROCESS ENGINEER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in OCTAGON MAJU HOLDINGS SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

OCTAGON GROUP is currently seeking to hire talented Process Engineer to join our team. Octagon is a fully integrated signage company equipped with in-house capabilities from designing, manufacturing, installation and maintenance providing a one-stop end-to-end business solutions for the corporate image needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead or support continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement projects in alignment with ISO standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and operators to build competency and support process excellence.
• Improve 2S (Sort and Set in order) and ensure workplace safety in the production area.
• Review and display all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the workplace.
• Implement a production dashboard to monitor performance and progress.
• Improve the production layout, especially in the Final/Assembly area.
• Establish an efficient production flow.
• Create a Material and Information Flow Chart (MIFC) or Value Stream Map (VSM) to identify and reduce current lead times.
• Introduce a Pull System to synchronize supply from the sub-assembly line and local parts to the Assembly line.
• Conduct time and motion studies for all production processes.
• Create and maintain a Process Capacity Sheet.
• Establish and display Standardized Work Charts in the production area.
• Calculate Takt Time and determine the necessary manpower for each process.
• Lead productivity improvement activities across the production line.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in process engineering or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in production line optimization, yield improvement, and compliance with quality systems and standards.
• Working hours Monday to Saturday
• Can start immediately

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
