Job Purpose

We are seeking a Software Developer to support the design and development of business-critical systems that enable the company’s regional operations, including trading workflows, data processing, and reporting. This role is essential to improving operational efficiency, automation, and integration across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal business systems supporting trading, operations, and reporting functions
• Build and enhance applications for data processing, workflow automation, and system integration
• Develop and maintain APIs to integrate internal systems with external partners and platforms
• Analyse business requirements from regional stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
• Maintain and optimize databases and ensure data accuracy across systems
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely technical support to business users
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure system alignment across markets
• Support deployment, testing, and system upgrades

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in enterprise or regional system environments
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java / Python / C#
• Experience in API development, system integration, and database management (SQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and deployment processes
• Experience working with cross-border or regional systems is preferred
• Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and performance optimization
