Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries across social media platforms.
Proactively manage and reply to customer messages via WhatsApp.
Coordinate and schedule classes for coaches and students.
Manage class availability and communicate schedule updates to parents, including notifying them of available or fully booked slots.
Register students into the appropriate classes and programs.
Verify and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate attendance records for all classes.
Distribute trial class feedback forms and monitor responses.
Provide ongoing customer support to parents and students, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate administrative records and support daily operational activities.
