We are partnered with a financial institution to look for a highly skilled Engineering Lead. In this role, you will provide deep technical leadership, guide day-to-day engineering execution, and design scalable architectures for core digital banking and messaging infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure high-quality code delivery
• Design and implement robust, secure, API-driven microservices solutions for high-performance financial systems
• Ensure seamless integration between core banking platforms and distributed third-party enterprise services
• Actively participate in architectural governance forums and solution reviews to maintain high engineering standards
• Conduct performance optimization and system tuning to enhance platform reliability and operational scalability
• Utilize automated SecDevOps practices to maximize software development efficiency and secure deployment cycles

Skills and Experiene

• Around 8 to 16 years of experience in information systems or computer science domain
• Deep technical expertise in Java microservices development and cloud infrastructure integration.
• Strong familiarity with online transaction processing architectures and digital channel interfaces
• Solid understanding of financial regulatory compliance and secure data handling standards
• Experience with global financial messaging protocols and standard data interchange format
• Demonstrated ability to create highly structured functional specifications and solution architecture documentation
