Full Time Assistant Traffic Controller-Traffic Controller Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in Regent Logistics Pte Ltd - Maukerja

What you'll be doing

· Planning and assigning of daily transportation schedules

· Responsible for operations after official working hour to ensure smooth deliverance

· Managing our customer service operation at our Batam and Bintan office

· Responsible for all weekly vessels schedule

· Responsible for all daily depot processes and operations for the next subsequent day

· Informing our customers of the container details

· Ensuring all additional charges are being accounted accordingly

· Proactively getting updates for all container status

· Act as the contingency for the main traffic controller in their absence

· Processing of discharged containers

· Booking of Escorts for the vessel and handling permits for LTA Oversized cargo

· Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by Reporting Officer

• Similar related work experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with traffic management systems, equipment, and safety protocols
• Good knowledge of the relevant regulations and laws governing traffic management in the logistics sector
• Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology for traffic control and monitoring
• A team player with a strong focus on safety and efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
