Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. The role involves executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze business requirements and technical specification
• Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenario
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Prepare test reports and provide status updates on testing progress
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in manual testing, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies
• Experience in writing clear test cases and executing test plans
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is an advantage
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
